About SaralCare

SaralCare is an elder-care platform built for India. We help families and care staff stay informed about an elder's daily wellbeing — sending reminders for medication and care routines, capturing significant events (falls, hospital visits, mood changes), and surfacing a continuous care intensity score that makes the trajectory of care needs visible.

What we are not

We are not a medical service. We don't diagnose, prescribe, or replace your doctor. We aren't an emergency service either — see the Terms of Service for the boundaries.

Where we are

We're live. Families use SaralCare to onboard an elder, manage medications and vitals, keep medical records in one place, and stay in touch over WhatsApp. We're still early, so we work closely with every family who joins — and our compliance posture (DPIA, vendor data-processing agreements, grievance SOP) keeps pace as we grow.
